An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Mikael Tinglöv got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. August Vestlund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Allan Bergdal having to make a save. Allan Bergdal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of August Vestlund's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Holmsjö IFK's 乔沙战 got a free kick in the 18th minute. Allan Bergdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Vestlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Joacim Nyman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jonas Julin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 乔沙战 to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Hammarby IF's Mikael Tinglöv nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Allan Bergdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hammarby IF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
