Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isak Eriksson started the match with the kick off. Alvesta IF's Christer Kruuse got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 11 minutes, Charles Hylander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvesta IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles Hylander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jack Uggstedt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Brian Haraldsson. Långsele FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Blixt in the 15th minute of play forced Alvesta IF's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Hellgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Linus Blixt struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Sven-Ove Hellgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Långsele FF. Brian Haraldsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Kruuse in the 20th minute of the match. Alvesta IF's Sven-Ove Hellgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Blixt in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Långsele FF's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Kruuse came free, but Brian Haraldsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Långsele FF's Brian Haraldsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Långsele FF from getting a goal against them. In the 29th match minute, Långsele FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Oskar Brandt to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uno Hellkvist during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Uno Hellkvist hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd match minute, Långsele FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uno Hellkvist to maneuver through the defense. If Charles Hylander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Ove Ahlfors in the 38th minute of play forced Alvesta IF's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Hellgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Karl-Ove Ahlfors notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alvesta IF's Sven-Ove Hellgren. Sven-Ove Hellgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven-Ove Hellgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Blixt, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After some careless play in the Alvesta IF defense, Karl-Ove Ahlfors kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Ove Hellgren. The Alvesta IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Ove Hellgren should have stopped the shot.

In the 59th minute, Christer Kruuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvesta IF's Isak Eriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Isak Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 90 played minutes Alvesta IF got a freekick which was hit by Roland Kostrzewa. Alvesta IF's Sven-Ove Hellgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Blixt in the 93rd minute of play. Långsele FF were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Alvesta IF's much stronger midfield.
