After a rather tough play, Bygdeå's Alex Norberg got a free kick in the 19th minute. Jon Svanberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Tholsson in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Bygdeå's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Hultstrand came free, but Jon Svanberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Tholsson took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jon Svanberg. Jon Svanberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Stefan Vallgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Svanberg having to interfere. Alex Norberg hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The crowd rose to their feet as Stefan Vallgren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jon Svanberg. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. Jon Svanberg made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Hans Karlsson sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the match, Stellan Wickander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lennart Forsberg.
