Alvin Höijer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Lidberg having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Harald Käller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Edmund Lidberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Harald Käller got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 40 minutes into the match, medan if's Henrik Abrahamsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentin Pettersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 57th minute Alvin Höijer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Lidberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Harald Käller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, one of medan if:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Agaton BK. Edgar Säv stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edmund Lidberg. 3-1. The supporters of Agaton BK booed when medan if was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Kvick didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, medan if's goal looked a bit too open when Alvin Höijer came free, but Edmund Lidberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Alvin Höijer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agaton BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvin Höijer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmund Lidberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute Anton Bjurström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harald Käller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in medan if's zone, Harald Käller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmund Lidberg came out of the goal and Harald Käller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Agaton BK booed when medan if was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Bjurström didn't get a good kick on the ball. medan if's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
