Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gloria Victis's Åke Forsberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Sigvard Runberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stånga's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Runberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Blixt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee ignored Gloria Victis's protests and gave Sture Telin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Bernt Nordal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernt Nordal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Blixt having to interfere. Gloria Victis's Richard Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Nordal in the 16th minute of play. Bernt Säfström's late challenge caught a Gloria Victis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernt Säfström helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Stånga getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Bernt Säfström hit a great ball. 19 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Gloria Victis's Rutger Tingberg fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Stånga's Alfons Hedin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Stånga from getting a goal against them. When Sten Molander fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gloria Victis's protests and gave Sten Molander a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes Gloria Victis got a freekick which was hit by Sten Molander. In the 25th minute Bernt Nordal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfons Hedin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Forsberg in the 32nd minute of the match. Bernt Nordal spun around in front of the goal 33 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Gloria Victis's goal. 39 minutes into the match, Stånga's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Forsberg came free, but Alfons Hedin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rutger Tingberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfons Hedin having to interfere. Alfons Hedin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Forsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

After some careless play in the Stånga defense, Rutger Tingberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfons Hedin. The Stånga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfons Hedin should have stopped the shot. Sten Molander kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Forsberg in the 65th minute of play forced Stånga's goalkeeper Alfons Hedin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pål Blomkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pål Blomkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gloria Victis's Claes Lindgren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfons Hedin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bernt Nordal was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 78th minute, Conny Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sigvard Runberg struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Richard Blixt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stånga. A collision led to Gloria Victis getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Emil Tidén hit a great ball. Rutger Tingberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Alfons Hedin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Åke Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute.
