Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bernt Nordal made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Stånga's Sigvard Runberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pontus Ahlgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernt Nordal in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pontus Ahlgren saved Adelaide Kangaroos from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Stånga's Sigvard Runberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pontus Ahlgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Gerdberg hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Edvin Palmquist came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Adelaide Kangaroos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvin Palmquist couldn't finish the play. André Gerdberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Alfons Hedin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Adelaide Kangaroos's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Nordal came free, but Pontus Ahlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 27 in the game by Sigvard Runberg from a close distance when the talented Pontus Ahlgren managed to make a qualified save. Adelaide Kangaroos's players were relieved. Eric Zander hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes in the game, Edvin Palmquist dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Edvin Palmquist kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Alfons Hedin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Palmquist in the 36th minute of play. In the 41st minute, André Gerdberg made a precise shot to the right of Alfons Hedin. Stånga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edvin Palmquist to make the kick off. After 51 minutes, Knut Landin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Adelaide Kangaroos and the Stånga players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Adelaide Kangaroos got a freekick which was hit by Knut Landin. 54 minutes into the match, Stånga's goal looked a bit too open when Edvin Palmquist came free, but Alfons Hedin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Sigvard Runberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stånga's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Runberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pontus Ahlgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bernt Nordal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pontus Ahlgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sigvard Runberg's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Sigvard Runberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Ahlgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Aaron Tingberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Bernt Nordal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 73 minutes, Sigvard Runberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stånga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sigvard Runberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Adelaide Kangaroos booed when Stånga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Ahlqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boris Johnsson missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 76 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Alfons Hedin right hand side. Adelaide Kangaroos's Knut Landin got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Knut Landin off the ground. After a rather tough play, Adelaide Kangaroos's Knut Landin got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the match was over Adelaide Kangaroos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Stånga throughout the match.
