Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hampus Asmundsson made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Lagan booed when SuperSalta Juniors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Blomqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Axel Friberger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radu Mascovescu having to interfere. Viktor Blomqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hampus Asmundsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ove Svanér tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hampus Asmundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Svanér having to interfere. A collision led to Lagan getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Emanuel Bruse hit a great ball. When Johan Björkqvist came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Lagan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Björkqvist couldn't finish the play. Ove Svanér took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hampus Asmundsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hampus Asmundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Svanér having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Lagan's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Martinsson came free, but Ove Svanér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hampus Asmundsson in the 30th minute of play forced Lagan's goalkeeper Ove Svanér to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hampus Asmundsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SuperSalta Juniors FC! When the match had been going on for 34 minutes, Lagan's Valdemar Ålberg got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Radu Mascovescu. SuperSalta Juniors FC's Hampus Asmundsson got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in SuperSalta Juniors FC's zone, Johan Björkqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radu Mascovescu came out of the goal and Johan Björkqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lagan's goalkeeper Ove Svanér, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Hampus Asmundsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. SuperSalta Juniors FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hampus Asmundsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ove Svanér breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Axel Friberger was the one to do the kick off. The SuperSalta Juniors FC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when SuperSalta Juniors FC's Edmund Martinsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lagan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bertil Rydberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on SuperSalta Juniors FC's corner Bertil Rydberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ove Svanér quite easily take care of the ball. In the 71st match minute, SuperSalta Juniors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hampus Asmundsson to maneuver through the defense. Karl-Axel Friberger's late challenge caught a SuperSalta Juniors FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Axel Friberger helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Lagan getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Karl-Axel Friberger hit a great ball. Ove Svanér showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hampus Asmundsson in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Karl-Axel Friberger notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of SuperSalta Juniors FC's Radu Mascovescu. Radu Mascovescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ove Svanér came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by SuperSalta Juniors FC's Hampus Asmundsson. But to his dismay, Hampus Asmundsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the match was over SuperSalta Juniors FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lagan throughout the match.
