When Täby FK's August Hult in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tallåsen RK's goalie prevented a goal. August Hult sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot by Christian Bäckström from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Wictor Hedling's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Karl-Åke Skarkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Einar Åström hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes Walter Bern rounded Täby FK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After 21 minutes, Sven-Olof Granqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tallåsen RK and the Täby FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Tallåsen RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Olof Granqvist to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Måns Hermansson in the 24th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Sven-Åke Drewitz's left hand side. When Hannes Telin fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tallåsen RK's protests and gave Hannes Telin a yellow card for diving instead. Jerry Kock struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Sven-Åke Drewitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Täby FK. Jörn Engström's late challenge caught a Täby FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jörn Engström helped the player get up and apologised. Tallåsen RK's Victor Åkerberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 36th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Wictor Hedling but with some difficulty. After a defensive mix-up in Täby FK's zone, Allan Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wictor Hedling came out of the goal and Allan Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerry Kock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Åke Skarkman was the one to do the kick off. Jerry Kock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Tallåsen RK's Allan Arvidsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wictor Hedling narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tallåsen RK's Sven-Åke Drewitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Tallåsen RK from getting a goal against them. August Hult fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Drewitz having to interfere. Måns Hermansson kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Wictor Hedling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Åke Skarkman in the 67th minute of the match. August Hult kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Karl-Åke Skarkman sped through Täby FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wictor Hedling. The supporters of Tallåsen RK booed when Täby FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Tallåsen RK's corner Jörn Engström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wictor Hedling quite easily take care of the ball. Jerry Kock kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Wictor Hedling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Åke Skarkman in the 86th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the game, one of Täby FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Tallåsen RK. Arvin Felin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Wictor Hedling. 3-0. Dan Lindblom kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Allan Arvidsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wictor Hedling. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Allan Arvidsson ran back to his position shaking his head.
