Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Karl-Ove Vestlund took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nils Örtendahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pontus Hernström in the 9th minute of play. Karl-Ove Vestlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Dennis Brandin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pontus Hernström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. After 27 played minutes, Lyrestad's David Colin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dennis Brandin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lyrestad reached it. In the 27th match minute, Gråbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Friberger to maneuver through the defense. Lyrestad's Nils Örtendahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pontus Hernström in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Bengt Valler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lyrestad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gråbo the free kick. Bengt Valler hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Gråbo's Reine Forss got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Folke Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Forsberg in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to Gråbo getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Åke Andersson hit a great ball. If Karl-Ove Vestlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Andersson's late challenge caught a Lyrestad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Andersson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gråbo's Åke Andersson got a free kick in the 48th minute. Thomas Lindqvist, 49 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
Dennis Brandin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Folke Forsberg went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Max Lang during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dennis Brandin made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Folke Forsberg sent off a good shot on target. Nils Örtendahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reine Forss in the 60th minute of the match. After 63 minutes, Benjamin Friberger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gråbo and the Lyrestad players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lyrestad booed when Gråbo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Friberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Pontus Hernström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 69 played minutes Gråbo got a freekick which was hit by Åke Andersson. 76 minutes into the match, Gråbo's Edvard Bammerman broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Lyrestad getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Björn Lindman hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Gråbo's Pontus Hernström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils Örtendahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th match minute, Lyrestad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo-Erik Nordin to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Gråbo's goalkeeper Dennis Brandin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Folke Forsberg. Reine Forss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Nils Örtendahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Ove Vestlund in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Brandin saved Gråbo from getting behind.
