Gilbert Hagberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute Sebastian Blixt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Hammarbäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Bunkeflostrand IK's goal looked a bit too open when Lukas Sjöberg came free, but Bo-Erik Vennerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gilbert Hagberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Blixt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Magne Hammarbäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The goalkeeper, Bo-Erik Vennerberg, was totally fooled by Sågmyra's Erik Eklund, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Magne Hammarbäck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicklas Ekman went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Lukas Sjöberg made the kick off in the second half. Nicklas Ekman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Hammarbäck having to interfere. In the 64thth minute of the game Gilbert Hagberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bunkeflostrand IK's Bo-Erik Vennerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Sågmyra's goal looked a bit too open when Nicklas Ekman came free, but Magne Hammarbäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magne Hammarbäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicklas Ekman, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Måns Söderström during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Måns Söderström hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Blixt got free with Magne Hammarbäck in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Lukas Sjöberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sågmyra's supporters rose to their feet, but Lukas Sjöberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bo-Erik Vennerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Bunkeflostrand IK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Måns Söderström hit a great ball. Bo-Erik Vennerberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lukas Sjöberg's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. André Lindgren's late challenge caught a Sågmyra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Lindgren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, André Lindgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sågmyra were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Bunkeflostrand IK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erik Eklund took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bunkeflostrand IK's goalie and right to Lukas Sjöberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bunkeflostrand IK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sågmyra's zone, Sebastian Blixt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Hammarbäck came out of the goal and Sebastian Blixt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If André Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bunkeflostrand IK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Sågmyra from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
