Valentin Algren made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Gustaf Widberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th minute, Gustaf Widberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan Bruhn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Algren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, Barsele's Valentin Algren got control of the ball when Gustaf Widberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valentin Algren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Bruhn in the 13th minute of the match. Gustaf Widberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joakim Skoog charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joakim Skoog the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Grönahög FF's Jan Bruhn got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Bruhn in the 19th minute of play forced Barsele's goalkeeper Valentin Algren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Lundgren kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Grönahög FF's Jan Bruhn got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 26 minutes, Leonardo Lundgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barsele and the Grönahög FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Barsele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Lundgren to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Sven-Edvin Clementsson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Barsele's Valentin Algren didn't even have to move. In the 28th minute Jan Bruhn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Algren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Widberg was extremely unlucky when he, in the 31st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jan Bruhn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Valentin Algren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Grönahög FF's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Bäck came free, but Inge Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Gustaf Widberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grönahög FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaf Widberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Marc Lindgren fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barsele's protests and gave Marc Lindgren a yellow card for diving instead. Marc Lindgren kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Valentin Algren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Bruhn, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Jan Bruhn made the kick off in the second half. Pontus Söderström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Inge Emander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Algren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Bruhn in the 58th minute of play. Barsele's Valentin Algren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Bruhn in the 61st minute of play. The Barsele fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Algren should have stopped the shot. Inge Emander made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Bertil Bäck sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Gustaf Widberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grönahög FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaf Widberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Algren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentin Algren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Bruhn in the 90th minute of the match. When Grönahög FF's Jan Bruhn in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barsele's goalie prevented a goal. Grönahög FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
