Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pontus Söderström started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Barsele's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Olof Persson came free, but Valentin Algren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Olof Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Valentin Algren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Olof Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vilhelm Rönn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peter Tingelholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pontus Söderström in the 16th minute of the match. Valentin Algren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Rönn, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 33rd minute of the match Albert Hök sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valentin Algren skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Vilhelm Rönn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lidhult's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilhelm Rönn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Per-Olof Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Algren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Rönn, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Vilhelm Rönn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lidhult's supporters rose to their feet, but Vilhelm Rönn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Algren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentin Algren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilhelm Rönn in the 44th minute of play. If Per-Olof Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Per-Olof Persson to make the kick off. From close distance Vilhelm Rönn pressed in the 0-1 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 55 minutes into the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pontus Söderström in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Tingelholm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Pontus Söderström came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Barsele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pontus Söderström couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute of the match, Vilhelm Rönn got a very nice opportunity to score, but Valentin Algren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Melker Nordström's late challenge caught a Lidhult's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melker Nordström helped the player get up and apologised. Melker Nordström hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. When August Svanström fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lidhult's protests and gave August Svanström a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lidhult fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! 88 minutes into the game, Leonardo Lundgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barsele's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lidhult the free kick. Leonardo Lundgren hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Lidhult's Vilhelm Rönn got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vilhelm Rönn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 101st minute. Valentin Algren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
