Älandsbro's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Åke Hellqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel Cane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Rydberg in the 8th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, Boda Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Springfält to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Älandsbro's zone, Åke Hellqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Cane came out of the goal and Åke Hellqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Boda Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Nyström came free, but Uno Skytt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Cane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Hellqvist in the 20th minute of play. 27 minutes in the game, Jakob Nyström fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Uno Skytt having to interfere. Tommy Hök fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uno Skytt having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Älandsbro's Jakob Nyström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Uno Skytt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 31 in the game by Tommy Hök from a close distance when the talented Uno Skytt managed to make a qualified save. Boda Tigers's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vilhelm Sundberg during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Karl Rydberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Cane having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Älandsbro's Torsten Drake got a free kick in the 46th minute. Åke Hellqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Georg Snäll charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Georg Snäll the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Uno Skytt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Hök in the 68th minute of play. Åke Hellqvist succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 72nd playminute. Uno Skytt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommy Hök's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Axel Cane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Rydberg in the 79th minute of play. Axel Cane was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Karl Rydberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karl Rydberg really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. 85 minutes into the game, Jakob Nyström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Uno Skytt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 88 minutes into the game, Mattias Karlsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Älandsbro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boda Tigers the free kick. After 88 played minutes Älandsbro got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Karlsson. Jakob Nyström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Tommy Hök managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Älandsbro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Hök was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Hök struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Uno Skytt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Älandsbro.
