But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Hedkvist couldn't finish the play. Knut Lundqvist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Leo Hedkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dals Långed fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! Kurt Nyberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Hellkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Hedkvist in the 24th minute. Dals Långed's Leonard Hellkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Ekström in the 25th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Nils Ekström in the 26th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The referee ignored Hällnäs BK's protests and gave George Collin a yellow card for diving instead. The wind increased when Kurt Nyberg made the kick off in the second half. Hällnäs BK's Nicklas Björnberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Hällnäs BK from getting a goal against them. Leonard Hellkvist came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Hällnäs BK's Nils Ekström. But to his dismay, Nils Ekström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils Ekström in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonard Hellkvist saved Dals Långed from getting behind. Leonard Hellkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Ekström in the 71st minute of the match. Nils Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Hedkvist struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Leonard Hellkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hällnäs BK. The supporters of Hällnäs BK booed when Dals Långed was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthias Lindström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan-Olof Mogren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan-Olof Mogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nicklas Björnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 minutes of play, Dals Långed's Jan-Olof Mogren made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicklas Björnberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 97 minutes, Nils Ekström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hällnäs BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils Ekström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hällnäs BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
