Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Brålanda's Alf Alebeck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Brålanda's zone, Emanuel Fransson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Tholsson came out of the goal and Emanuel Fransson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th match minute, Brålanda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Hernström to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Eskilstuna FK's goalkeeper Ingmar Bergkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Holger Ivarsson. After a rather tough play, Eskilstuna FK's Valter Hamnberg got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16th match minute, Eskilstuna FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Brodin to maneuver through the defense. Andreas Tholsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiph Asklöv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Holger Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alf Alebeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ingmar Bergkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Eskilstuna FK's Michael Friberger got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With his leg Ingmar Bergkvist managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Brålanda's Holger Ivarsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiph Asklöv in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Tholsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th match minute, Eskilstuna FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arvin Kruse to maneuver through the defense. Filiph Asklöv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Brålanda's goal looked a bit too open when Filiph Asklöv came free, but Andreas Tholsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Brålanda's Andreas Tholsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Fransson in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Emanuel Fransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eskilstuna FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Fransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andreas Tholsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Emanuel Fransson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute Emanuel Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Tholsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filiph Asklöv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Alebeck in the 86th minute of play forced Eskilstuna FK's goalkeeper Ingmar Bergkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Fransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Andreas Tholsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Emanuel Fransson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eskilstuna FK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Brålanda to leave the ground with a draw.
