After a defensive mix-up in Torsåker's zone, Sten Västlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. August Högström came out of the goal and Sten Västlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Torsåker defense, Sten Västlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of August Högström. The Torsåker fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that August Högström should have stopped the shot. Jens-Åke Nyman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ludvig Danielsson's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. August Högström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Västlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Stig Caspersson scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of August Högström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute Stig Caspersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Högström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. August Högström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Västlund in the 33rd minute of play. When Sven Grelsson fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Larnise FC's protests and gave Sven Grelsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Sven Grelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Sten Västlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. August Högström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Grelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Torsåker players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Larnise FC were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stig Caspersson was the one to do the kick off. Kenneth Björling fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 54th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. After a rather tough play, Torsåker's Valdemar Björkkvist got a free kick in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Torsåker's goalkeeper August Högström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sten Västlund. After 61 played minutes Torsåker got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Björkkvist. In the game's 62nd minute Larnise FC's Kenneth Björling took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of August Högström and thus the score was 0-4. Torsåker's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thor Hjeltman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thor Hjeltman charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thor Hjeltman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thor Hjeltman hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Thor Hjeltman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 played minutes Torsåker got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Emil Hafström. After 89 minutes Torsåker's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kenneth Björling who took care of the corner kick. 94 minutes into the match, Torsåker's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Caspersson came free, but August Högström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Stig Caspersson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of August Högström, 0-6. Larnise FC played a much better game than Torsåker and deserved their victory. The Torsåker players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
