Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Melker Hybbert came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Sundborn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melker Hybbert couldn't finish the play. Melker Hybbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddie Forssberg having to interfere. After 8 minutes of play, Sundborn's Olov Falkrantz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Freddie Forssberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Freddie Forssberg made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Olov Falkrantz sent off a good shot on target. Melker Hybbert struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Freddie Forssberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sundborn. Sköllersta BF's Freddie Forssberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Hybbert in the 17th minute of play. Melker Hybbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddie Forssberg having to interfere. Jonatan Sandell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Hök, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonatan Sandell came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sköllersta BF's Johnny Bark. But to his dismay, Johnny Bark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 27 played minutes Sundborn got a freekick which was hit by Rikard Sundin. Melker Hybbert got in the 30th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Freddie Forssberg handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Melker Hybbert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melker Hybbert in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddie Forssberg saved Sköllersta BF from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Sundborn's Olov Falkrantz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddie Forssberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Sundborn's Melker Hybbert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddie Forssberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olov Falkrantz to make the kick off. Freddie Forssberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Hybbert in the 54th minute of the match. Olov Falkrantz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddie Forssberg having to interfere. Olov Falkrantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 played minutes Sundborn got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Söderberg. Jonatan Sandell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnny Bark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erling Lindström hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Falkrantz in the 81st minute of play forced Sköllersta BF's goalkeeper Freddie Forssberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fred Magnusson made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sundborn's Erling Lindström. 85 minutes into the match, Sköllersta BF's goal looked a bit too open when Melker Hybbert came free, but Freddie Forssberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jonas Björkdal fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sköllersta BF's protests and gave Jonas Björkdal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sundborn booed when Sköllersta BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Björkdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes Sköllersta BF got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Kolberg. If Melker Hybbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sundborn's Olov Falkrantz got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Freddie Forssberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melker Hybbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Melker Hybbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Freddie Forssberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Sundborn players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
