Elias Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th match minute, Nima United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Klint to maneuver through the defense. When Marcus Magnusson came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Baerby Red Wolves fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Magnusson couldn't finish the play. Joseph Kjellqvist hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Nima United's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Magnusson came free, but Elias Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Wallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Eckegren in the 27th minute of the match. Elias Wallin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Magnusson went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Baerby Red Wolves's Martin Eckegren in 34 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Elias Wallin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Elias Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Magnusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Marcus Magnusson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Nima United's Elias Wallin. Elias Wallin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Nima United's zone, Martin Eckegren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Wallin came out of the goal and Martin Eckegren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Eckegren to strike the kick off in the second half. Martin Eckegren was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 56th match minute, Nima United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Giöck to maneuver through the defense. Elias Wallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Eckegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Lindholm during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
