The referee ignored Lönsboda BF's protests and gave Ingvar Landin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lönsboda BF getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ingvar Landin hit a great ball. After 23 minutes, Michael Lindgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Midland and the Lönsboda BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Michael Lindgren hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingvar Landin in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peder Eklund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 played minutes Midland got a freekick which was hit by Inge Falkrans. Sven Löfdahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Peder Eklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Midland booed when Lönsboda BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villiam Klementsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Jelm thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Olle Bergman, a very annoying self made goal in the 55th minute which led to 1-2. A collision led to Lönsboda BF getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Benjamin Kolberg hit a great ball. Georg Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 67 minutes, Harry Lång mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lönsboda BF and the Midland players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Ingvar Landin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Villiam Rosin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peder Eklund was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Benjamin Kolberg. Peder Eklund was a little too slow when Sven Löfdahl got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 80th minute, Midland's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sven Löfdahl fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Peder Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Landin, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Ingvar Landin might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peder Eklund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ingvar Landin ran back to his position shaking his head. Sven Löfdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peder Eklund having to interfere. If Michael Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olle Bergman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inge Falkrans in the 94th minute of the match. Midland's Fredrik Sjöö got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lönsboda BF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
