Bettna's Sven-Olof Sundström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Bettna from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Bjursås's Petter Hedlund got a free kick in the 5th minute. Karl-Magnus Svanström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Lööf having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bettna's Esbjörn Sundberg got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience was convinced that Karl-Magnus Svanström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ted Lööf was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After having played for 20 minutes, Karl-Magnus Svanström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bettna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Magnus Svanström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Bjursås's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Andberg came free, but Ted Lööf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Nordström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Sven-Olof Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Edward Nordström made a precise shot to the right of Sven-Olof Sundström. Bettna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 33rd play minute Edward Nordström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sven-Olof Sundström. 2-0. Edward Nordström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Sven-Olof Sundström made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Bettna's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Lekberg came free, but Sven-Olof Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bjursås's Simon Sjöberg got a free kick in the 40th minute. The Bettna fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Bettna's Karl-Magnus Svanström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Bettna's Kent Fredriksson got a free kick in the 48th minute. The audience cheered loudly when Verner Västberg's long shot in the 49th minute became 3-1 when the ball went to the left of and passed Sven-Olof Sundström. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
If Karl-Magnus Svanström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Olof Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig Lekberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Ted Lööf managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Bettna's Karl-Magnus Svanström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Evert Ingemarsson hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Edward Nordström sped through Bettna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven-Olof Sundström. In the 90th match minute, Bettna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Käller to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Olof Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Nordström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mark Käller charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mark Käller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bjursås booed when Bettna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Käller didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Stig Lekberg came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Bjursås fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig Lekberg couldn't finish the play. Stig Lekberg took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Olof Sundström. Sven-Olof Sundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bettna players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bjursås.
