In the 7thth minute of the game Isac Henriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ytterhogdal IF's Magnus Askestät was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Henriksson in the 10th minute of play forced Ytterhogdal IF's goalkeeper Magnus Askestät to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Fanström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Askestät having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isac Henriksson during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Arnäsvall IFK's Isac Henriksson got a free kick in the 18th minute. Ytterhogdal IF's Magnus Askestät played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ola Fanström in the 24th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Ytterhogdal IF got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Forsman. In the 28th minute of the match Sigvard Kjellbom sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magnus Askestät skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Arnäsvall IFK's Isac Henriksson got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience was convinced that Hjalmar Åström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magnus Askestät was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakob Sandberg got free with Tommy Jelm in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Adrian Forsman fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ytterhogdal IF's protests and gave Adrian Forsman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ytterhogdal IF's Adrian Forsman got a free kick in the 40th minute. Jakob Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Tommy Jelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jens-Ola Fanström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adrian Forsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Jelm having to interfere. In the 55thth minute of the game Jakob Sandberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arnäsvall IFK's Tommy Jelm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adrian Forsman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ytterhogdal IF's zone, Jens-Ola Fanström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Askestät came out of the goal and Jens-Ola Fanström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-1 became the score in the 68th minute when Jens-Ola Fanström elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Stefan Barck fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ytterhogdal IF's protests and gave Stefan Barck a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Ytterhogdal IF got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Barck. After 76 minutes of play Ytterhogdal IF's Stefan Barck was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Ytterhogdal IF's Stefan Barck got a free kick in the 77th minute. Jens-Ola Fanström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Magnus Askestät tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Adrian Forsman was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Arnäsvall IFK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
