Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Martin Holmgren kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Hörby getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Boris Möllgren hit a great ball. When FC Bortrekrysset's Martin Holmgren in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hörby's goalie prevented a goal. When Charles Lundhberg came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the FC Bortrekrysset fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Lundhberg couldn't finish the play. Niklas Walroth might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Vik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niklas Walroth ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Charles Lundhberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bortrekrysset's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Lundhberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Vennerkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eric Snell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Stefan Vik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Bortrekrysset booed when Hörby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boris Möllgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute of the match Olof Vallmark sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arne Vennerkvist skillfully saved the ball. Arne Vennerkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles Lundhberg in the 33rd minute. In the 35th match minute, Hörby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Möllgren to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Vik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Snell, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Eric Snell took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stefan Vik. Stefan Vik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Stefan Vik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Walroth in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niklas Walroth made a kick off. Charles Lundhberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Vennerkvist having to interfere. In the 65thth minute of the game Martin Holmgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hörby's Arne Vennerkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arne Vennerkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Lundhberg in the 69th minute of the match. Martin Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Martin Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the FC Bortrekrysset fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Holmgren couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, Hörby's Sebastian Strömberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sebastian Strömberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hörby protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sebastian Strömberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Charles Lundhberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Alf Spetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 played minutes Hörby got a freekick which was hit by Melker Hernström. Eric Snell kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. If Martin Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
