Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rune Törnkvist got the match started through his kick off. Egil Lundkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Forssberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Forssberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Lundkvist having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Stig-Arne Petersson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Egil Lundkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felix Forssberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Egil Lundkvist came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Grytgöl RK's Stig-Arne Petersson. But to his dismay, Stig-Arne Petersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Linus Wennerlund struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Egil Lundkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grytgöl RK. 21 minutes into the match, Grytgöl RK's goalkeeper Karl Hellbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bertil Brander. The Grytgöl RK fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Grytgöl RK's Stig-Arne Petersson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 24th match minute, Sydkoster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Bollström to maneuver through the defense. Karl Hellbom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertil Brander in the 34th minute. The Grytgöl RK fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Grytgöl RK's Felix Forssberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Felix Forssberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Lundkvist having to interfere. The supporters of Grytgöl RK booed when Sydkoster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Sigfridsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grytgöl RK's Felix Forssberg got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
The wind increased when Stig-Arne Petersson made the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 51 in the game by Felix Forssberg from a close distance when the talented Egil Lundkvist managed to make a qualified save. Sydkoster's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Arne Petersson in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egil Lundkvist saved Sydkoster from getting behind. After having played for 55 minutes, Aron Dusett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grytgöl RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Dusett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rune Törnkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Grytgöl RK's Eddie Ivarsson got a free kick in the 58th minute. Bertil Brander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Karl Hellbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Arne Petersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Egil Lundkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rune Törnkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grytgöl RK's Karl Hellbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Törnkvist in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute, Felix Forssberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egil Lundkvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stig-Arne Petersson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 79 minute of play. Karl Hellbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Törnkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Aron Dusett's late challenge caught a Sydkoster's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aron Dusett helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Grytgöl RK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Aron Dusett hit a great ball. Felix Forssbergs short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Egil Lundkvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Arne Petersson in the 92nd minute of play forced Sydkoster's goalkeeper Egil Lundkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Forssberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Grytgöl RK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sydkoster throughout the match.
