Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingmar Wik to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Lilla edet FF's zone, Ingmar Wik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc Alrot came out of the goal and Ingmar Wik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Richard Vinström struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Marc Alrot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Öregrund. Lilla edet FF's Marc Alrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingmar Wik in the 57th minute of play. Marc Alrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingmar Wik in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Västerberg in the 61st minute of play forced Lilla edet FF's goalkeeper Marc Alrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marc Alrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aron Västerberg in the 62nd minute of play. Ingmar Wik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Alrot having to interfere. Arvid Molander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 96 minutes into the game, Lars-Erik Frykberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Öregrund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lilla edet FF the free kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lilla edet FF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
