In the 5th minute, Anders Lind got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Johanneshov's goalkeeper Oscar Haglund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Martinsson. When Conny Wållander came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Johanneshov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conny Wållander couldn't finish the play. Anders Lind sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Haglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Lind in the 20th minute of play. If Anders Lind had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henning Lindholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aron Westerstrand in the 26th minute of the match. Valentin Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute Anders Lind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Haglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Christian Siöberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Johanneshov's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Fransson came free, but Oscar Haglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match Färjestaden got a corner. Johanneshov's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isaac Mossberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, Johanneshov's Oscar Haglund got control of the ball when Valentin Martinsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 48th minute, Valentin Martinsson made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Haglund. Johanneshov's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anders Lind to strike the kick off in the second half. The Färjestaden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After some careless play in the Johanneshov defense, Valentin Martinsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oscar Haglund. The Johanneshov fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oscar Haglund should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute, Herman Fransson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Oskar Fransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Henning Lindholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Färjestaden's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
