The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marc Bergfeldt during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Marc Bergfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Allan Wenerdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 9 played minutes K.L. FLAMENGO got a freekick which was hit by Marc Bergfeldt. If Allan Wenerdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roger Andersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Wenerdahl's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as K.L. FLAMENGO's Lennart Ström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bo Lundhberg. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. 19 minutes into the match, K.L. FLAMENGO's Maximilian Vibjörnsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bo Lundhberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of K.L. FLAMENGO booed when Atletico Kurdiska FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Westerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bo Lundhberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Svante Möller. Torsten Westerberg hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atletico Kurdiska FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Svante Möller was slow to take the kick. During this time K.L. FLAMENGO's players had a chance to rest. Roger Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Wenerdahl in the 33rd minute of the match. If Ragnar Jernberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lennart Ström was the one to do the kick off. Atletico Kurdiska FC's Bo Lundhberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Ström in the 51st minute of play. When K.L. FLAMENGO's Lennart Ström in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bo Lundhberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bo Lundhberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute, Allan Wenerdahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bo Lundhberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Atletico Kurdiska FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Sebastian Söderman hit a great ball. Sebastian Söderman hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 85th match minute, Atletico Kurdiska FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Westerberg to maneuver through the defense. Maximilian Vibjörnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bo Lundhberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Atletico Kurdiska FC's Fred Söderkvist got a free kick in the 88th minute. Bo Lundhberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Ström in the 89th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in K.L. FLAMENGO's zone, Torsten Westerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Andersson came out of the goal and Torsten Westerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Allan Wenerdahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Andersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Allan Wenerdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Many of Atletico Kurdiska FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Atletico Kurdiska FC may have spent more time on the ball, but K.L. FLAMENGO were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
