After 9 minutes, Villiam Holmgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Höllviken and the Örebro SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Villiam Holmgren kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. A hard shot 12 in the game by Jesper Falck from a close distance when the talented Mårten Käcker managed to make a qualified save. Höllviken's players were relieved. A collision led to Höllviken getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jörgen Bäckman hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Örebro SK's Jakob Åkesson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mårten Käcker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Örebro SK's zone, Ove Lennartsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt Alströmmer came out of the goal and Ove Lennartsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bengt Alströmmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Broberg in the 29th minute of the match. When Villiam Holmgren was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 33 minutes had been played. After 33 played minutes Höllviken got a freekick which was hit by Villiam Holmgren. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Broberg in the 37th minute of play forced Örebro SK's goalkeeper Bengt Alströmmer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Höllviken were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Örebro SK's Kurt Fransson got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Jonathan Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th match minute, Örebro SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Fransson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Höllviken booed when Örebro SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Fransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mårten Käcker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Åkesson in the 61st minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, Örebro SK's Nils Dahlman tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Höllviken's Ove Lennartsson got a free kick in the 65th minute. Jonathan Broberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesper Falck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Mårten Käcker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, Höllviken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörgen Bäckman to maneuver through the defense. Jesper Falck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jakob Åkesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the game, Örebro SK's Jesper Falck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mårten Käcker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jörgen Bäckman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 95 minutes, Jonathan Broberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Höllviken's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Broberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Höllviken players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Örebro SK from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
