Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rasmus Hellkvist made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Mellbystrand SK booed when Björnlunda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Ekerot didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Abrahamsson got free with Matthias Wennerquist in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Rasmus Hellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matthias Wennerquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Lindström in the 13th minute. Björnlunda's Matthias Wennerquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Lindström in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Mellbystrand SK's goal looked a bit too open when Rasmus Hellkvist came free, but Mårten Giliusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rasmus Hellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Björnlunda's Rune Ekerot got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 29 played minutes, Mellbystrand SK's Hans Johnsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matthias Wennerquist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mellbystrand SK reached it. In the 33rd minute, Arne Deckberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arne Deckberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mårten Giliusson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Rasmus Hellkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mårten Giliusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasmus Hellkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rasmus Hellkvist hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Arne Deckberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björnlunda's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Deckberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mårten Giliusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Birger Lindström made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Rasmus Hellkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björnlunda's supporters rose to their feet, but Rasmus Hellkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mårten Giliusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 55 played minutes Mellbystrand SK got a freekick which was hit by Hampus Sundén. Pål Harlén took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mårten Giliusson. Mellbystrand SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mårten Giliusson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arne Deckberg in the 57th minute. Matthias Wennerquist came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Mellbystrand SK's Lukas Browald. But to his dismay, Lukas Browald quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Birger Lindström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Wennerquist having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yngve Sjöberg during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Yngve Sjöberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Birger Lindström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthias Wennerquist having to make a save. If Lukas Browald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lukas Browald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Matthias Wennerquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Mellbystrand SK's goalkeeper Mårten Giliusson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Deckberg. In the 83rd minute Yngve Sjöberg suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 83 minutes into the game, Hampus Sundén was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mellbystrand SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Björnlunda the free kick. Hampus Sundén kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Jens Alfors kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Mellbystrand SK's goalkeeper Mårten Giliusson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Deckberg. Matthias Wennerquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Lindström in the 94th minute of play. The Mellbystrand SK support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
