Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nils Lundberg kicked off to start the match. Edwin Vennerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Lundberg in the 7th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Jan-Erik Ingemarsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tommy Västerberg hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Dennis Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Jansson in the 14th minute of the match. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grillby's goalkeeper Edwin Vennerberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marko Klintæus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Dennis Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute of the match, Nils Lundberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edwin Vennerberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Väja's goalkeeper Dennis Engström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Grillby's Harry Jansson in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Väja's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Väja's Adam Östensson got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Harry Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joseph Söderqwist hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harry Jansson to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Grillby defense, Nils Lundberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Vennerberg. The Grillby fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Vennerberg should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute, Nils Lundberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Magnus Johansson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Marko Klintæus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grillby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marko Klintæus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grillby were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Väja to leave the ground with a draw.
