Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Christian Vester got the match started through his kick off. Stefan Biörkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Nykvist having to interfere. Stefan Biörkman kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Luxostars IF got a freekick which was hit by Kjell-Arne Lund. Frank Åkesson took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eddie Nykvist. Eddie Nykvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Albin Dahlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Vester in the 25th minute of the match. Ture Käller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Åkesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Nykvist having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Biörkman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Löberöd got a freekick which was hit by Frank Åkesson. Leif Lindgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Albin Dahlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Löberöd getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Gert Ström hit a great ball. A hard shot 66 in the game by Frank Åkesson from a close distance when the talented Eddie Nykvist managed to make a qualified save. Luxostars IF's players were relieved. Luxostars IF's Eddie Nykvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Luxostars IF from getting a goal against them. After 69 played minutes Luxostars IF got a freekick which was hit by Ture Käller. 72 minutes into the match, Luxostars IF's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Biörkman came free, but Eddie Nykvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Stefan Biörkman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Frank Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 80 minutes, Christian Vester managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luxostars IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Vester was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eddie Nykvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Åkesson in the 83rd minute. After 86 minutes, Holger Vollander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luxostars IF and the Löberöd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Luxostars IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! Thomas Olenberg made a great header on Löberöd's corner, it was just that Luxostars IF's Eddie Nykvist managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 92nd minute, Stefan Biörkman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Christian Vester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Löberöd supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Löberöd would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
