Michael Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Stenkvist in the 3rd minute of play. Aleksander Frisck kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. If Marc Svanström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marc Svanström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Olof Albohm during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sven-Olof Albohm kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Mikael Julin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Mikael Julin in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Claes Allbom kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Michael Henriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Julin in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Julin in the 32nd minute of play forced Björbo's goalkeeper Michael Henriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marc Svanström kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Mikael Julin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Michael Henriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Jimmie Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Björbo booed when Teknis U16 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingemar Wiklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Teknis U16's Mikael Julin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michael Henriksson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Mikael Julin came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Teknis U16 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Julin couldn't finish the play. Sven-Olof Albohm kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Marc Svanström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimmie Norberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Björbo's Mark Frykberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mark Frykberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Björbo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mark Frykberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Teknis U16. Mattias Myr stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Michael Henriksson. 2-0. Mikael Julin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Henriksson having to interfere. Marc Svanström scored 3-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michael Henriksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the game, Marc Svanström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Michael Henriksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Teknis U16 had played much better football throughout.
