Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Huaröd IFK's Carl Bergman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Albin Lundström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kvidinge IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Lundström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Magnus Eliasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Huaröd IFK getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Bengt Sefastsson hit a great ball. When Edmund Olofsson fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huaröd IFK's protests and gave Edmund Olofsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Huaröd IFK getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Edmund Olofsson hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Albin Lundström notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Huaröd IFK's Karl-Magnus Eliasson. Karl-Magnus Eliasson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Huaröd IFK's Karl-Magnus Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Lundström in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Leonardo Sikström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huaröd IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Sikström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes in the game, Leonardo Sikström dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 27th minute, Albin Lundström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Magnus Eliasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albin Lundström went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Carl Bergman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Klas Isaksson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Huaröd IFK's Carl Bergman got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Edmund Olofsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huaröd IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Olofsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Klas Isaksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Staffan Söderberg made the kick off in the second half. Staffan Söderberg struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Karl-Magnus Eliasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kvidinge IFK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Bengtsson in the 58th minute of play forced Huaröd IFK's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Eliasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klas Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Sikström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albin Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Magnus Eliasson having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kvidinge IFK's zone, Carl Bergman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klas Isaksson came out of the goal and Carl Bergman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carl Bergman in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klas Isaksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sven Löfdahl hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Kvidinge IFK's Urban Karlsson tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Isac Bengtsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karl-Magnus Eliasson. That made the score 0-3 in the 82 minute of play. Huaröd IFK's Karl-Magnus Eliasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Huaröd IFK from getting a goal against them. Huaröd IFK's Karl-Magnus Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staffan Söderberg in the 92nd minute of play. Sture Alegren struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Karl-Magnus Eliasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kvidinge IFK.
