Thanks to some nice moves Börje Benett could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Wictor Håkansson however easily saved by the left post. If Börje Benett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Nils-Åke Rolandsson sped through Dyrön's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michael Ekerot. In the 42nd minute, Nils-Åke Rolandsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michael Ekerot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thor Fernkvist hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Dyrön's Viggo Björklund got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dan Apelqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dan Apelqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bakerstreet FC's Dan Apelqvist got a free kick in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Börje Benett was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Börje Benett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bakerstreet FC's Wictor Håkansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Börje Benett's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wictor Håkansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Michael Ekerot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Åke Rolandsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 86th minute Nils-Åke Rolandsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Ekerot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Bakerstreet FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
