In the 3rd minute of the match Kalle Drewitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven Spets skillfully saved the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Aneby's goal looked a bit too open when Elof Nordmark came free, but Sven Spets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Elof Nordmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Spets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Söderström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Thorsberg having to interfere. After 11 played minutes BK Bolltroll got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Norberg. Bernt Strand in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mathias Thorsberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Aneby's Jonatan Söderström in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BK Bolltroll's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor Tidén in the 21st minute of play forced Aneby's goalkeeper Sven Spets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Aneby getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Åke Morat hit a great ball. Tim Bagge was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Aneby's Sven Spets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Norberg in the 26th minute of play. Leonardo Norberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Spets having to interfere. If Elof Nordmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tor Tidén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Sven Spets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Aneby's Bernt Strand sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mathias Thorsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mathias Thorsberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Söderström's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. If Elof Nordmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tor Tidén struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Sven Spets didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Bolltroll. Mathias Thorsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Söderström in the 67th minute of the match. Jonatan Söderström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Joachim Melin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathias Thorsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Söderström in the 81st minute of play. Mathias Thorsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Strand in the 85th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Söderström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mathias Thorsberg was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. 93 minutes into the game, BK Bolltroll's Tor Tidén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven Spets made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The BK Bolltroll supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BK Bolltroll would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
