Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viggo Ahlquist started the match with the kick off. Magnus Alströmmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pål Svartengren succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 14th minute, Knivsta RK's Viggo Ahlquist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Viggo Ahlquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Börje Torsberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Niklas Ahlqvist made a huge save. Niklas Ahlqvist made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Magnus Alströmmer sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Knivsta RK booed when Östra Ljungby BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Gråberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the game, David Hansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Östra Ljungby BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knivsta RK the free kick. 47 minutes into the game, one of Östra Ljungby BF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 49 minutes, Knivsta RK's Ludwig Falkrantz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Niklas Ahlqvist. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pål Svartengren to make the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Tomas Nilsson notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Knivsta RK's Billy Nordal. Billy Nordal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Eskil Siöberg came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Knivsta RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eskil Siöberg couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Pål Svartengren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Billy Nordal. That made the score 3-3 in the 65 minute of play. In the 71st match minute, Knivsta RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludwig Falkrantz to maneuver through the defense. Vilhelm Bodin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 71st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Gustaf Wikander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute of the match Ludwig Falkrantz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niklas Ahlqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yngve Skålberg during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Knivsta RK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vilhelm Bodin was slow to take the kick. During this time Östra Ljungby BF's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Knivsta RK's goalie and right to Jon Gråberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Knivsta RK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a defensive mix-up in Knivsta RK's zone, Pål Svartengren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billy Nordal came out of the goal and Pål Svartengren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Nilsson struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Billy Nordal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östra Ljungby BF. In the 92nd minute, Pål Svartengren made a precise shot to the right of Billy Nordal. Knivsta RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. Daniel Spets hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michael Håkansson during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 98th match minute, Östra Ljungby BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Håkansson to maneuver through the defense. 100 minutes into the game, Knivsta RK's Magnus Alströmmer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niklas Ahlqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-4. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
