Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pål Svartengren kicked off to start the match. Dick Forsman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Svartengren in the 7th minute of play. Staffan Linberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niklas Ahlqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Robin FC's attentive Harry Magnusson managed to snatch the ball when Gustaf Wikander made a throw-in in the 10th minute of the game. Jarl Larsfält had several of the Robin FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Dick Forsman as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 19th minute, Johan Gustavsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20thth minute of the game Pål Svartengren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Robin FC's Dick Forsman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Johan Gustavsson hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. A collision led to Östra Ljungby BF getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jon Gråberg hit a great ball. Pål Svartengren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stefan Vibjörnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Claes Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Östra Ljungby BF booed when Robin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Gustavsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Staffan Linberg in the 45th minute of play forced Östra Ljungby BF's goalkeeper Niklas Ahlqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Johan Gustavsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Robin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johan Gustavsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Staffan Linberg to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Staffan Linberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Robin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Staffan Linberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harry Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Ahlqvist having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Staffan Linberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute of the match Gustaf Wikander sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dick Forsman skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Robin FC's zone, Pål Svartengren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dick Forsman came out of the goal and Pål Svartengren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Robin FC's Johan Gustavsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niklas Ahlqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christer Kielstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Ahlqvist having to interfere. Robin FC's Staffan Linberg got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Harry Magnusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 81 minutes, Jarl Larsfält mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Östra Ljungby BF and the Robin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jarl Larsfält kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Staffan Linberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Ahlqvist having to interfere. When Staffan Linberg came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Robin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Staffan Linberg couldn't finish the play. Harry Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Ahlqvist having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Östra Ljungby BF could leave the field as winners, despite Robin FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
