In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Abbekås FK. Erik Valler stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nils-Emil Fagrell. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Johan Gummeson during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Karl-Johan Gummeson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Smögen FK defense, Göran Odén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nils-Emil Fagrell. The Smögen FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils-Emil Fagrell should have stopped the shot. The goalkeeper, Nils-Emil Fagrell, was totally fooled by Abbekås FK's Erik Valler, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. A collision led to Abbekås FK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Göran Odén hit a great ball. Jens-Erik Smed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Berggren in the 36th minute of the match. Marc Berggren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Karl Groth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After 77 minutes of play, Abbekås FK's Göran Odén made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils-Emil Fagrell was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Odén in the 86th minute of play forced Smögen FK's goalkeeper Nils-Emil Fagrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Abbekås FK support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
