Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 2 played minutes Sisu Hawks got a freekick which was hit by Kjell-Arne Fransson. Kjell-Arne Fransson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Albert Nordlander made a huge save. 10 minutes into the match, Sisu Hawks's goal looked a bit too open when Uno Petersson came free, but Patrik Stenman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pelle Sandström charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pelle Sandström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, one of Sisu Hawks:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sisu Hawks. Isac Isaksson hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Kjell-Arne Fransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sisu Hawks's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell-Arne Fransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albert Nordlander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Håkan Giliusson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Albert Nordlander came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sisu Hawks's Kjell-Arne Fransson. But to his dismay, Kjell-Arne Fransson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 43 played minutes, Mellerud's Isac Isaksson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patrik Stenman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mellerud reached it. Kjell-Arne Fransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sisu Hawks's Markus Björnberg got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 56th minute, Sisu Hawks's Michael Lägdin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Michael Lägdin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sisu Hawks protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Michael Lägdin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sisu Hawks fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Patrik Stenman went to the wrong direction when Tomas Gerdberg was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Markus Björnberg struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Albert Nordlander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sisu Hawks. The audience was convinced that Peder Söderlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albert Nordlander was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Olov Valström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Patrik Stenman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Markus Björnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Nordlander having to interfere. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Markus Björnberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Albert Nordlander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Markus Björnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sisu Hawks's Patrik Stenman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uno Petersson in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Sisu Hawks players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
