Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gävlebusarna IF's Dick Skålberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Dick Skålberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gävlebusarna IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Dick Skålberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valter Soned breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Wictor Finman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valter Soned was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 15thth minute of the game Wictor Finman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Höljes IFK's Valter Soned was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 19 played minutes Höljes IFK got a freekick which was hit by Ove Fagerberg. After a defensive mix-up in Höljes IFK's zone, Wictor Finman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valter Soned came out of the goal and Wictor Finman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ola Alrot's late challenge caught a Höljes IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ola Alrot helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes Gävlebusarna IF got a freekick which was hit by Ola Alrot. Mikael Blom kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Dick Skålberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gävlebusarna IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 36 played minutes Höljes IFK got a freekick which was hit by Calle Eliasson. If Dick Skålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Höljes IFK's goalkeeper Valter Soned, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Dick Skålberg came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Gävlebusarna IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dick Skålberg couldn't finish the play. Wictor Finman had several of the Höljes IFK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 65 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Valter Soned as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Calle Eliasson came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Höljes IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calle Eliasson couldn't finish the play. Stig-Ove Koch kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Wictor Finman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valter Soned read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Dick Skålberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valter Soned. Höljes IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dick Skålberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Wictor Finman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Valter Soned tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Calle Eliasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wictor Finman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valter Soned having to interfere. Claes Elg lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Höljes IFK. Folke Örtlund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edvard Alstedt. 1-4. The Höljes IFK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gävlebusarna IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
