Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Patrick Bengtsson kicked off to start the match. Herman Björnsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Erik Wennerlund having to make a save. Tännäs FF's Ulf Julin got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johan Alefors took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eskil Kvick. Eskil Kvick dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Claes Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Jan-Erik Wennerlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Klack, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. David Ahlkvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eskil Kvick. Tännäs FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Georg Sävström struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Jan-Erik Wennerlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tännäs FF. After a rather tough play, GOFFES IF's Karl-Magnus Skark got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Georg Sävström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Erik Wennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Klack, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Johan Alefors came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the GOFFES IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Alefors couldn't finish the play. After having played for 46 minutes, Georg Sävström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tännäs FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Georg Sävström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olov Klack was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to GOFFES IF getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Claes Nilsson hit a great ball. GOFFES IF's Jan-Erik Wennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Sävström in the 55th minute of play. Patrick Bengtsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Kvick having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Eskil Kvick successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A hard shot 64 in the game by Johan Alefors from a close distance when the talented Eskil Kvick managed to make a qualified save. Tännäs FF's players were relieved. GOFFES IF's Johan Alefors got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lukas Runberg hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Sebastian Näver shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan-Erik Wennerlund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Georg Sävström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Johan Alefors put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Eskil Kvick. Eskil Kvick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Bengtsson in the 81st minute of the match. Georg Sävström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Erik Wennerlund having to make a save. If Olov Klack had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in GOFFES IF's zone, Georg Sävström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Erik Wennerlund came out of the goal and Georg Sävström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched GOFFES IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
