Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Per Åhlberg got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Bengtsson in the 3rd minute of play forced Björneborg BF's goalkeeper Peder Ugla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GOFFES IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Per Åhlberg 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Peder Ugla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Bengtsson in the 13th minute of the match. Peder Ugla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Christer Gabrielsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Magnus Skark charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Magnus Skark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan-Erik Wennerlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mattias Burman in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Alefors in the 30th minute of play forced Björneborg BF's goalkeeper Peder Ugla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björneborg BF's Peder Ugla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Bengtsson in the 32nd minute of play. Karl-Magnus Skark got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Karl-Magnus Skark hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Björneborg BF's Fredric Brolin tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the game, Björneborg BF's Mattias Burman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan-Erik Wennerlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Mattias Burman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jan-Erik Wennerlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Johan Alefors made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Per Åhlberg notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of GOFFES IF's Jan-Erik Wennerlund. Jan-Erik Wennerlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Per Åhlberg struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Jan-Erik Wennerlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Björneborg BF. Jan-Erik Wennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Burman in the 62nd minute of play. If Mattias Burman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per Åhlberg in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Erik Wennerlund saved GOFFES IF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Åhlberg in the 77th minute of play forced GOFFES IF's goalkeeper Jan-Erik Wennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Erik Wennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Åhlberg in the 78th minute of play. Per Åhlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jan-Erik Wennerlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Erik Wennerlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Burman, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Mattias Burman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Erik Wennerlund having to interfere. After 88 played minutes GOFFES IF got a freekick which was hit by Claes Nilsson. After a defensive mix-up in GOFFES IF's zone, Per Åhlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Erik Wennerlund came out of the goal and Per Åhlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mattias Burman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Erik Wennerlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Mattias Burman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Erik Wennerlund having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Björneborg BF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
