Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Olov Klack got the match started through his kick off. Bengt-Rune Fristedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eskil Kvick read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Herman Björnsson's late challenge caught a Frändefors IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herman Björnsson helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 14 minutes, Olov Klack managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tännäs FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olov Klack was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georg Sävström got free with Mats Dahlberg in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eskil Kvick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Fristedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Georg Sävström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Mats Dahlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Frändefors IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Olof Mager to maneuver through the defense. Olov Klack blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mats Dahlberg having to make a save. After 37 played minutes Frändefors IFK got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Granqvist. Georg Sävström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Dahlberg having to interfere. Georg Sävström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eskil Kvick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elof Gallin in the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Tännäs FF getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Herman Björnsson hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute, Frändefors IFK's Elof Gallin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eskil Kvick. Eskil Kvick yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Bengt-Rune Fristedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Kvick having to interfere. Elof Gallin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Eskil Kvick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ted Åkerberg hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 71 minutes, Bengt-Rune Fristedt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frändefors IFK and the Tännäs FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tännäs FF booed when Frändefors IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Rune Fristedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olov Klack scored 1-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mats Dahlberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tännäs FF's Eskil Kvick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elof Gallin in the 78th minute of play. If Bengt-Rune Fristedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Sävström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Mats Dahlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eskil Kvick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elof Gallin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Frändefors IFK's zone, Olov Klack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mats Dahlberg came out of the goal and Olov Klack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 98 minutes of play, Frändefors IFK's Elof Gallin made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eskil Kvick was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Frändefors IFK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tännäs FF throughout the match.
