In the 11th minute, Ludvig Rudqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bror Mossberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Örjan Wiklund having to make a save. In the 16th minute, Patric Fredriksson had to leave the field with a concussion. After 17 minutes, Viggo Sundström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mullhyttan BF and the Bleket FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes Mullhyttan BF got a freekick which was hit by Viggo Sundström. When Sven-Åke Smedfeldt came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Bleket FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Åke Smedfeldt couldn't finish the play. Kent Stålman struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Örjan Wiklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mullhyttan BF. When Ivar Åkerman fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bleket FF's protests and gave Ivar Åkerman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bleket FF's Ivar Åkerman got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 35th minute, Jonatan Beneth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ludvig Rudqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mullhyttan BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Olof Salqvist should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute, Mullhyttan BF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ludvig Rudqvist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Kent Stålman made the kick off in the second half. Bror Mossberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Örjan Wiklund made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Kent Stålman took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Örjan Wiklund to make any attempt to save it. Ludvig Rudqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Olof Salqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ludvig Rudqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Kent Stålman struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Örjan Wiklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mullhyttan BF. 68 minutes into the match, Bleket FF's goalkeeper Örjan Wiklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bror Mossberg. Örjan Wiklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Mossberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Lars-Erik Abrahamsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Ludvig Rudqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan-Olof Salqvist was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Mullhyttan BF's Kent Stålman got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
