Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pelle Ström made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 minutes, Tomas Björklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Virestad and the Övertorneå FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Virestad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Björklund to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Österlund's late challenge caught a Virestad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stefan Österlund helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Övertorneå FF got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Österlund. Timmy Bergstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Österlund having to interfere. Vilhelm Felin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Christian Josefsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 27 minutes, Timmy Bergstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Övertorneå FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timmy Bergstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Vilhelm Felin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Virestad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Elias Käcker's late challenge caught a Virestad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Käcker helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Övertorneå FF's Elias Käcker got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Timmy Bergstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virestad's Casper Österlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Pedersson in the 44th minute of play. When Vilhelm Felin came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Virestad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilhelm Felin couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timmy Bergstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Övertorneå FF's goal looked a bit too open when Pelle Ström came free, but Christian Josefsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Josefsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Ström in the 59th minute of the match. Birger Mårtensson charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birger Mårtensson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Övertorneå FF! Övertorneå FF:s Christian Josefsson showed great skill when he stopped Peter Andreasson:s penalty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vilhelm Felin in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Josefsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Felin in the 66th minute of play forced Övertorneå FF's goalkeeper Christian Josefsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Övertorneå FF's Elias Käcker got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Elias Käcker off the ground. In the 68th minute, Elias Käcker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th match minute, Övertorneå FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Asserlindh to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Övertorneå FF getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Patrik Salkvist hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Peter Andreasson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Josefsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pelle Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vilhelm Felin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilhelm Felin kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When Stefan Pedersson fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Övertorneå FF's protests and gave Stefan Pedersson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Övertorneå FF's goalkeeper Christian Josefsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pelle Ström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Christian Josefsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Övertorneå FF's goal looked a bit too open when Pelle Ström came free, but Christian Josefsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
