Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Patric Bergkvist kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Malmudden AIK's zone, Patric Bergkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Widberg came out of the goal and Patric Bergkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patric Bergkvist in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Widberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patric Bergkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Widberg having to interfere. Arne Widberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hans Lund went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Patric Bergkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Arne Widberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Patric Bergkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Malmudden AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Nordmark came free, but Arne Widberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sivert Hedins short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Arne Widberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 27 played minutes Osby got a freekick which was hit by Sivert Hedin. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Hannes Wassenius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malmudden AIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hannes Wassenius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Nordin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd match minute, Osby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Nordmark to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Osby's Hans Lund got a free kick in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, Malmudden AIK's Ingmar Lindqvist got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Hans Lund was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hannes Wassenius made a kick off. Patric Bergkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Widberg having to interfere. Patric Bergkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Sivert Hedin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arne Widberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sivert Hedin in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Patric Bergkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sivert Hedin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Widberg having to interfere. Patric Bergkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Max Qvalfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Sivert Hedin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Malmudden AIK's Arne Widberg. Arne Widberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Michel Nordin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hannes Wassenius went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Börje Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 83 minutes, Sivert Hedin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sivert Hedin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 85 minutes, Max Qvalfeldt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malmudden AIK and the Osby players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Osby booed when Malmudden AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Qvalfeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sivert Hedin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Arne Widberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the game, Malmudden AIK's Hannes Wassenius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michel Nordin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Hannes Wassenius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Michel Nordin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Osby players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
