Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Per-Oskar Knutsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rikard Paulin in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Arvidsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes into the match, Linghem IK's goalkeeper Börje Håkansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kjell-Arne Boberg. If Rikard Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristian Zander took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathias Arvidsson. Mathias Arvidsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sigtuna FK's goalkeeper Mathias Arvidsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, Rikard Paulin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Mathias Arvidsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Åke Höijer in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Arvidsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kristian Zander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Mathias Arvidsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Kristian Zander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sigtuna FK's Mathias Arvidsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute Kristian Zander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Sigtuna FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Linghem IK were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kristian Zander was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rikard Paulin got free with Mathias Arvidsson in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rikard Paulin scored 0-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathias Arvidsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sigtuna FK's zone, Kristian Zander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathias Arvidsson came out of the goal and Kristian Zander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kjell-Arne Boberg struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Börje Håkansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sigtuna FK. In the 66th minute, Rikard Paulin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute, Valter Högman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Börje Håkansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Knutsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anders Sörman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Mathias Arvidsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Kristian Zander took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Mathias Arvidsson to make any attempt to save it. When Kristian Zander came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Linghem IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristian Zander couldn't finish the play. Mathias Arvidsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Zander in the 81st minute of play. Per-Oskar Knutsson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Per-Oskar Knutsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Linghem IK's Kristian Zander got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Linghem IK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
