Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tommy Jonsson made the kick off which started today's match. When Malte Wiberg came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Länna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Malte Wiberg couldn't finish the play. Otto Lund might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Staffan Persson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Otto Lund ran back to his position shaking his head. Staffan Persson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Lund in the 19th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Länna's goalkeeper Karl Boström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Holger Jespersson. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Näver during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martin Näver hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute Malte Wiberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Staffan Persson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Otto Lund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vårgårda's Staffan Persson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Länna booed when Vårgårda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Jespersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Länna's Otto Lund got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Vårgårda getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Torsten Markusson hit a great ball. Otto Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Persson having to interfere. Länna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Tommy Jonsson scored to the left of an out of position Karl Boström , making the score, 1-0. Staffan Persson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Lund, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice moves Malte Wiberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Staffan Persson however easily saved by the left post. Holger Jespersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Boström having to interfere. Karl Boström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Jespersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Staffan Persson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Lund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Länna's Otto Lund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Staffan Persson. Staffan Persson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Tommy Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olov Pettersson charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olov Pettersson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Olov Pettersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vårgårda's Staffan Persson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Vårgårda from getting a goal against them. Otto Lund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Staffan Persson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 93 in the game by Malte Wiberg from a close distance when the talented Staffan Persson managed to make a qualified save. Vårgårda's players were relieved. The Länna players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Vårgårda from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
