Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Helge Mickelsson started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes, Fagersanna IF's Eric Kilman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jan-Ove Ahlroht came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fagersanna IF reached it. 1-0 became the score in the 6th minute when Magnus Bergkvist elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Magnus Bergkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Bertil Jakobsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Helge Mickelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ove Ahlroht having to interfere. Jan-Ove Ahlroht came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Fagersanna IF's Ludwig Johnsson. But to his dismay, Ludwig Johnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Tobo FF getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Evert Strömberg hit a great ball. Jan-Ove Ahlroht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helge Mickelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Ivar Kullgren in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Tobo FF's Evert Strömberg. 44 minutes into the match, Fagersanna IF's goalkeeper Bertil Jakobsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kåre Alrot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Bertil Jakobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magnus Bergkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Magnus Bergkvist made a precise shot to the right of Bertil Jakobsson. Fagersanna IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Alrot in the 63rd minute of play forced Fagersanna IF's goalkeeper Bertil Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Helge Mickelsson charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Helge Mickelsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tobo FF booed when Fagersanna IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helge Mickelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Alrot in the 67th minute of play forced Fagersanna IF's goalkeeper Bertil Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kåre Alrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kåre Alrot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kåre Alrot in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bertil Jakobsson saved Fagersanna IF from getting behind. In the 78th minute, Eric Kilman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Magnus Bergkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertil Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kåre Alrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Bertil Jakobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magnus Bergkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magnus Bergkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertil Jakobsson having to interfere. Fagersanna IF's Bertil Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Bergkvist in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Tobo FF booed when Fagersanna IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helge Mickelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Tobo FF were the better team. Tobo FF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
