After 7 played minutes Träslövläge IF got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Löfgren. Börje Siöman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Hägert in the 9th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Träslövläge IF's zone, Andy Hägert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Börje Siöman came out of the goal and Andy Hägert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute, Melker Larsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Melker Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börje Siöman having to interfere. Tommy Löfgren struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Frans Olenberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Träslövläge IF. Björköby's Frans Olenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximilian Engström in the 25th minute of play. Björköby's Frans Olenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Björköby from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Björköby getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rudolf Forsberg hit a great ball. If Tommy Löfgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Andy Hägert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Björköby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 44th minute, Tommy Löfgren made a precise shot to the right of Frans Olenberg. Björköby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Träslövläge IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Björköby the free kick. After 88 played minutes Träslövläge IF got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Groth. Eric Berggren was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Eric Berggren hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Maximilian Engström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Frans Olenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
