Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martin Jelm started the match with the kick off. When Mathias Lundqvist fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ånäset's protests and gave Mathias Lundqvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute of the match Calle Enström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Per-Arne Larsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Martin Jelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Per-Arne Larsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stockaryd's Oskar Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kåre Matsson in the 13th minute of play. Oskar Persson came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Ånäset's Kåre Matsson. But to his dismay, Kåre Matsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sven-Erik Josefsson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Kjell Fagrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ånäset's Mathias Lundqvist got a free kick in the 24th minute. After 30 played minutes Ånäset got a freekick which was hit by Urban Lägdin. In the 34th minute Urban Lägdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Persson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oskar Persson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Erik Josefsson went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Stockaryd's Calle Enström got a free kick in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Erik Josefsson to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Kåre Matsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Martin Jelm notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ånäset's Per-Arne Larsson. Per-Arne Larsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 56th minute, Kjell Fagrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Stockaryd's goalkeeper Oskar Persson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urban Lägdin. In the 66th minute, Martin Jelm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urban Lägdin got free with Oskar Persson in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gunnar Hellkvist during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ånäset booed when Stockaryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Hellkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ånäset's Urban Lägdin got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Urban Lägdin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stockaryd's Oskar Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Erik Josefsson in the 87th minute of play. Martin Jelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Per-Arne Larsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kjell Fagrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Arne Larsson having to interfere. Ånäset's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
